We welcome customers in different countries. These summaries cover our digital marketing, web and brand design, and business training services. Read them with your accepted quotation and project agreement. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you, including protections in your country where applicable.
1. Terms of service
Agreeing the work. Before work starts, we agree the scope, price, payment stages, timing and deliverables in writing. Extra work or changes need written agreement. For international projects, we confirm the payment currency, applicable taxes, known charges and relevant time zones. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid booking.
Working together. Please provide accurate information, authorised content and timely feedback. Share access securely, not through the enquiry form. Delays or changes may affect delivery; we will discuss any revised timing with you.
Payments and ownership. Pay according to your accepted quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, rights to custom final deliverables transfer after full payment. Your existing material remains yours; third-party assets, software and our reusable tools keep their own licences. We will clarify these before handover. Portfolio use of your work requires your permission.
Realistic expectations. Rankings, sales and audience growth depend on factors beyond our control and are not guaranteed. Hosting, advertising and platform charges are included only when stated. Training does not promise employment or a formal qualification. CPD membership does not mean every service or course is certified; any course-specific certification is stated separately.
2. Privacy & information policy
Crystal Concepts uses the name, email and enquiry message you send to answer your enquiry and manage agreed services. Providing these is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond.
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. We receive the enquiry only when you send it. Please avoid sensitive information. Hosting, email and font providers may process technical information such as your IP address; their privacy terms apply. This site does not add advertising trackers or its own analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to support your enquiry or service, or where disclosure is legally required. Information is retained only as needed for those purposes and lawful recordkeeping. We use reasonable safeguards. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate; any transfer must meet applicable privacy-law requirements, including required safeguards.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, to object to processing, or to exercise other privacy rights available under applicable law. Marketing messages require an appropriate lawful basis and an easy opt-out. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority in your country; South African concerns can be raised with the Information Regulator.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Please cancel or request rescheduling by email. Subject to your statutory rights, you remain responsible for agreed work already completed, authorised non-recoverable third-party costs and any lawful, reasonable cancellation charge disclosed in your accepted quotation. We will explain any deductions, apply payments already received and refund any balance due.
Deposits may cover agreed preparation and reserved capacity; any amount retained must be lawful and reasonable. Rescheduling depends on availability. Additional charges require your agreement before further work.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for services already delivered or used, except where required by law. Applicable cooling-off rights, remedies for defective services and mandatory refund deadlines remain protected.
4. Fair service & responsible use
We aim for clear pricing, honest communication and work delivered with reasonable care and skill. If a service falls short, tell us what happened. Where the law provides a remedy, we honour it, including correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund as applicable.
We do not support unlawful, deceptive or infringing campaigns. Clients must have permission to use supplied content. We do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including gross negligence, or ask you to waive consumer rights.
Our project agreement identifies the governing law and dispute process. Those arrangements do not override mandatory protections, access to courts or remedies that legally apply to you. Material changes will be brought to your attention; existing agreements are not changed retrospectively without agreement.
5. Questions or complaints
Email info@crystalconceptspty.co.za or call +27 (0)21 418 1040. Include your project reference, concern and preferred resolution. We will review the issue and discuss a fair next step. You may also approach the appropriate consumer authority, ombud or dispute-resolution body for your situation, including in your country where applicable. In South Africa, you can contact the National Consumer Commission.
